80% Draft of the CHIP Complete!

OHEA’s community health improvement plan (CHIP) project team reached a milestone in the the CHIP workplan. The CHIP team submitted an 80% completed draft of the CHIP document to partners at the Multnomah County Health Department Public Health Division on June 30, 2016. This draft is the working version that will be shared with potential stakeholder partners. It includes community-established priorities, goals, and objectives, but does not currently contain strategies or recommendations. These will be developed over July and August and vetted with community members and partners through a public comment period. The final CHIP, with vetted strategies and recommendations, will be submitted by September 30, 2016.
