The CHIP project is moving steadily toward implementation and we are looking for a Policy & Systems Consultant to help get us there!
This consultant position will focus on:
Feasibility analysis to further prioritize long and short-term implementation; analysis of opportunities and challenges to leverage and align existing initiatives and efforts; identification of opportunities to shift financial resources.
Developing 5-7 policy solutions to achieve specific CHIP objectives
Working with the CHIP Manager and Multnomah County Health Department staff to develop a collaborative strategy outlining a comprehensive action plan describing goals, strategies, activities, timeline, and communication strategy needed to achieve priority objectives.
